RBNJF is an indigenous, Non-profit, Non-religious foundation that seeks to empower vulnerable groups including women and children, Internally Displaced Persons; Persons with disabilities, Unemployed/underemployed youths by improving their livelihood through promoting access to education and marketable skills, cultural reorientation, and basic amenities. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supports the team on project phase in, phase out, transition and sustainability planning and execution of projects as required.
• Support other project stakeholders in providing comprehensive documentation at every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Direct the team as they conduct regular meetings with different project lifecycle.
• Design and develop the appropriate tools and strategy to monitor the progress, quality and impact of the project and its implementation.
• Positively contribute to resolving issues that come up during project implementation.
• Surpervise the recruitment process for the project team.
• Contribute to ensuring that systems are in place to support effective project compliance and positive audit results, and that other colleagues understands this system and follow it accordingly.
• Supports the teamas they facilitate for building capacity of Project Team and implementing partners.
• Capture evidence of good practices on a regular basis.
• Qualitive reporting and implementation models ensured.
• Maintain database management in Horizon for Project as per requirement.
• Develop reports as and when required.
• Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual and other program and financial reports prepared and in placed and documented in time aligning with project design and donor requirement.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 8 years relevant work experience.
