Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 15–20 years of proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects across multiple sectors.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results within scope, time, and budget. Candidates must present a verifiable portfolio of completed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and present updates to executive management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and supervise junior project managers and project team members.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• 15–20 years of professional experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong experience managing high-value and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Portfolio Requirement:

• Applicants must submit a detailed portfolio of past projects, including:
• Project scope and value
• Role played in each project
• Duration and outcomes
• Client or organization references (where applicable).

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary of N500,000 – N800,000 per month, depending on experience and project portfolio.
