Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a Project Manager who will provide management direction in the development, coordination and implementation of all our projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects.
• Responsible for managing projects, including creating project schedules and timelines.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Responsible for defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define tasks and required resources.
• Manage the project budget alongside the General Manager and the Finance Manager.
• Report on project status to the General Manager.
• Present to stakeholders report on progress as well as problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.
• Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree. Masters will be an advantage.
• Certification in Lean Management, scrum or Six sigma an advantage.
• Experience as a Project Manager or as part of a project team.
• Experience with Project Management Tools (internal, external, MS project or similar).
• Ability to demonstrate ownership, both individual and shared, to achieve results.
• Ability to work beyond boundaries in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and effectively manage deadlines.
