Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee teams of vendors, artisans, etc, manage other staff members, maintain business operations, and work with clients.
• He/she is expected to manage the staff and ensure increased productivity, assure quality, and mitigate production problems.

Responsibilities

• Plan timeline for completion of projects.
• Oversee teams of designers on every project.
• Assessment of production projects and planning of all resource requirements for production.
• Liaise and collaborate with the various vendors such as furniture retailers, artisans, florists, and artists.
• Maintain employee productivity records.
• Setting productivity goals for the team.
• Determine the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.).
• Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment, etc.
• Ensure output needs quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety precautions.
• Report to upper management.

Requirements

• First Degree from a reputable higher institution.
• PMP Certified.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Strong Microsoft Office applications skills.
• Commercial mindedness.
• Strong people management skills.
• Strong technical skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong cost management and material efficiency skills.

Salary Range
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
