Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to oversee and manage civil and infrastructure projects within our manufacturing facility in Ogun State.
• The ideal candidate will have 6 – 10 years of proven experience in civil works and project management, with a strong ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams to ensure high performance and accountability.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.Eng. in Civil Engineering (relevant certifications in Project Management are a plus).
• 6 – 10 years of hands-on experience in civil works and project management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, design standards, and HSE practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary
N500,000 – N800,000 / Month.
