Job Title: Project Manager – Civil Engineer

About the Role

• Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer with a passion for precision, leadership, and delivering high-impact construction projects? We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to oversee and execute infrastructure and building projects with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering codes, and client specifications
• Prepare and present project reports, timelines, and updates to senior management
• Resolve technical issues and manage on-site challenges proactively
• Supervise procurement and resource allocation for multiple projects

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10years’ experience in project management within the construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
• PMP or relevant certification is an added advantage
• COREN cerifictaion is a must
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Familiarity with Abuja’s regulatory environment and construction standards.
