Job Summary

• The job entails aiding Project Managers in coordinating both internal and external resources to ensure the seamless planning and execution of projects. This encompasses clarifying and advising customers on their objectives and requirements to deliver effective technical solutions.
• The individual will help in monitoring project breakthroughs, budgets, and schedules, taking proactive actions to minimize non-conformance costs while crafting and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Implementing quality control measures is vital to ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications, which will involve conducting regular inspections and audits.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Support Project Managers to coordinate internal and external resources for the seamless planning and execution of projects. This includes clarifying and consulting with customers on targets and requirements to provide technical solutions.
• Support to monitor achievements and adherence to budgets and schedules, initiating actions to minimize non-conformance costs and crafting and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with project collaborators, including clients, contractors, and team members. Provide regular project updates and reports.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accurately maintained. Prepare and submit required project reports and documentation to relevant authorities.
• Ensure adherence to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines.

What You Bring

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 – 2 years Project Management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be goal-oriented, comfortable working in diverse teams, and experienced in managing multiple tasks
