We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Account Officer

Location: Ondo
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee state-level budget management, financial reporting, and compliance with donor guidelines.
• Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, logistics, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations at the state level.
• Reporting: Prepare financial reports for state activities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the regional office.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with organization’s financial policies, donor requirements, and procurement guidelines.
• Procurement and Vendor Management: Handle procurement activities, ensuring transparency and adherence to organizational policies.
• Collaboration: Work with state coordinators and other program teams to support financial and administrative needs.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in an NGO or health-related organization.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Salary
N400,000 – N450,000 per month.
