Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to oversee and manage educational programs in Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational program management and will be capable of leading a team to ensure the success of various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of educational programs.
• Manage program staff and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Monitor and evaluate program progress, ensuring alignment with educational goals.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to enhance program offerings.
• Develop and manage budgets for educational programs.
• Ensure compliance with local and national educational standards.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for teachers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in program management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and educational standards.
• Experience with data analysis, project management and program evaluation.
