Qualifications

Candidate seeking appointment a Professor must have:

  • Doctorate degree in the relevant field,
  • A minimum of 12 years’ teaching and research experience, and
  • Evidence of contributions to knowledge in the form of several ground-breaking publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals and books published by reputable publishers.
  • The candidates must also show evidence of academic leadership in the form of successful supervised postgraduate theses and some administrative experience.
