Job Description

• Are you a friendly and customer-focused professional looking for an opportunity to provide exceptional service? We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Waiters, where you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through excellent service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while ensuring prompt and professional service.
• Address guest inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve minor complaints effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, adhering to service protocols.
• Assist in setting up tables, preparing the dining area, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for all guests.

Requirements

• Education: Basic education (no formal degree required).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a restaurant or resort.
• Skills: Excellent customer service, strong communication, knowledge of serving techniques, and menu familiarity.
• Attributes: Polite, attentive, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
