Job Description

• We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Work floor Support personnel to join the Production Workshop of a manufacturing company specializing in treated insecticide net production.
• The successful candidates will provide general support across the production work floor, ensuring materials are available, work areas are organized, production activities run smoothly, and production targets and quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities across the production work floor.
• Assist with the movement and arrangement of materials, tools, and finished products.
• Supply production operators with required materials and items.
• Assist in preparing materials for different stages of the production process.
• Keep the production work floor clean, organized, and free from unnecessary materials.
• Support the smooth movement of materials between production sections.
• Assist with sorting, counting, packing, and handling production materials and finished products.
• Report damaged materials, shortages, equipment issues, or other production concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow production procedures, instructions, and workplace safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, factory, or workshop environment is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit and able to stand or move around the production floor for extended periods.
• Ability to handle and move materials when required.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Commitment to maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness.
