Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures as pertains production are strictly adhered to.
• Reviewing regularly, processes to improve performance of staff.
• Support team members to achieve daily targets and to perform to the best of their ability.
• Perform and train others to carry out various tasks, which require skill
• Assist in reviewing supplies, schedules, and coverage of all duties.
• Ensuring great customer experience.
• Creating and assisting with seasonal promotions to meet targets.
• Examining sales report and forecasts.
• Maintaining clean, safe, supportive, and positive work environment.
• Maintaining respectful and professional courtesy and appearance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Leadership and multitasking ability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Experience in the food processing and/or griculture is a strong advantage
• Not more than 35 years of age
• Previous work experience is an advantage
