Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Oregun, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assigning responsibilities to production employees
• Coaching employees
• Supervising and monitoring employees
• Conducting reviews for personnel performance
• Compiling production records
• Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
• Preparing work schedules
• Maintaining quality service
• Ensuring production plans are completed in time
• Communicating with other manufacturing departments
• Identifying and troubleshooting production issues
• Ensuring and maintaining asafe work environment

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a B.Sc / HND in any Science related courses from a reputable institution
• Must have at least 1 year work experience
• Candidate must be resident in Lagos(Ikeja and its environs)
