• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Production Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports to management.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff.
• Communication: Collaborate with other supervisors, managers, and staff to ensure smooth production operations.
• Time Management: Manage production time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to production processes and implement changes.

Qualifications

• The candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4-8 years experience.
