Job Title: Production Pharmacist

Location: Igando, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Pharmacist (Fresher) who is eager to learn and grow within our pharmaceutical manufacturing team.
• The ideal candidate will support daily production activities, ensure compliance with GMP standards, and contribute to maintaining high-quality manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of daily production activities.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and company SOPs.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Participate in line clearance, in-process checks, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate batch manufacturing and packaging records.
• Support equipment cleaning, validation, and calibration activities.
• Report deviations, non-conformances, and production issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with QA, QC, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the production area.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Must be registered or registerable with PCN.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive and adaptable attitude.
