Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Production Manager to oversee food production operations, quality control, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food production activities to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality output.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on outlet demand and sales forecasts.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Supervise and manage production staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline.
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste, spoilage, and production losses.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Ensure proper equipment usage, cleanliness, and routine maintenance within the production unit.
• Support continuous process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
• Mandatory experience in the QSR industry (food production environment).
• Strong knowledge of food preparation processes, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced food production.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production timelines.
