Uncle Stan’s Foods is a small chops company known for it’s unique finger food taste all over Lagos. Our brand makes us unique.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Develop recipes to meet up with company’s standard
Set and monitor product quality standards
Oversee all production of products across all stations
Manage Production schedule for the job and determine the material resources required
Manage the production house by taking of inventory and production output in order to reduce cost and avoid waste
Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
Determine and implement improvements to the production process
Prepare and maintain production reports
Estimate and manage production costs and budgets
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
Perform any other tasks as assisgned.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
