Job Title: Production Manager

Job Summary

• As the Production Manager, you will lead daily production activities, drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure delivery of production targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities
• Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule
• Monitor product quality and enforce quality standards
• Optimize manpower, materials, and machine utilization
• Prepare production performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Production Management
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or production
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of production KPIs and cost control
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
