Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced, highly driven and results-oriented Production Manager to lead and manage our production operations.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing professional with strong leadership ability and proven experience in managing production teams, achieving production targets, improving efficiency and reducing operational losses.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for daily production activities.
• Develop and implement production plans to ensure targets are achieved efficiently.
• Supervise Production Superintendents, Supervisors and other production personnel.
• Monitor machine utilization, production output, downtime and operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement measures to reduce production losses, material wastage and unnecessary downtime.
• Work closely with the Maintenance, Quality Control, Stores and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and production materials.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards and production policies.
• Prepare and review production reports and make informed recommendations to Management.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Engineering, Production Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in a senior production leadership or management position.
• Strong practical knowledge of manufacturing operations.
• Experience in plastic manufacturing, injection moulding and Hydraulics system Extruding blow moulding operations will be a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large production teams and achieve demanding production targets.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
