Job Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the production department, ensuring the achievement of production, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Coordinate and collaborate with departments such as planning, equipment, and quality to ensure the smooth execution of production plans.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Engineering, Machinery, Automation or related fields.
• Experience Requirements: Over 5 years of production management experience in the fast-moving consumer goods or food manufacturing industry, and over 3 years of team management experience.
