Olusola Philips Atelier (popularly known as The Luxurious Woman’s Atelier) is a premier Nigerian bridal and haute couture fashion brand based in Lagos. Founded in December 2022 by its Creative Director, Olusola Philips, the atelier has built a high-profile reputation for crafting exquisite, structurally sculpted bridal wear, bespoke custom dresses, and luxury traditional Nigerian celebratory attire (such as Asoebi and custom lace styles).

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Production planning and scheduling
• Allocating garments to tailors, cutters, beaders, etc.
• Managing the production team
• Monitoring progress of every client order
• Setting and tracking production deadlines
• Quality control
• Coordinating fittings and alterations
• Managing production bottlenecks
• Monitoring artisan productivity
• Ensuring approved designs are executed correctly
• Final quality checks
• Ensuring garments are completed and ready for delivery.
