Job Title: Production Manager (Fashion House)

Job Summary

• We are currently looking for competent and reliable Production manager

Job Description

• Production Planning & Workflow: Developing and managing production calendars (WIP reports) to ensure timely delivery of collections.
• Quality Control (QC): Implementing quality assurance protocols, performing inspections, and managing technical, pre-production, and post-production samples.
• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Managing relationships with fabric suppliers and manufacturers, issuing purchase orders, and tracking raw materials.
• Team Leadership: Supervising and training production staff, including cutters, sewing machine operators, and finishers.
• Cost Control & Efficiency: Optimizing manufacturing processes to reduce costs while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Technical Interpretation: Translating designers’ sketches into tangible, production-ready garments.
• Inventory & Logistics: Monitoring raw materials, finished goods, and organizing packing and labeling, ensuring proper inventory management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / BSc Degree in Fashion / Design.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and apparel production techniques.
• Proficiency in production management tools and MS Office.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of sewing and beading and must have attended a fashion school before.
