Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and hardworking Production Manager to oversee and coordinate daily production activities for our growing food business.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule.
• Coordinate production staff and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor the quality, quantity, and consistency of food products.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor the use of production materials and minimize waste.
• Ensure the production area is kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain proper records of production activities, materials, and inventory.
• Identify and report production issues or shortages promptly.
• Ensure staff follow established production procedures and hygiene standards.
• Assist with loading, moving, or arranging products/materials when required.
• Work closely with management to improve production efficiency and reduce operational challenges.

Requirements

• Mature, responsible, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise production activities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Physically capable of moving products/materials when required.
• Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Must be willing and able to work from Akute, Ogun State
• Must be committed to working Monday – Saturday

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
