Job Title: Production Manager

Job Description

• We’re looking for a thorough and creative Production Manager to help establish our studio’s operational structure, enforce quality control, and deliver top-notch production across all projects.
• This is not just a role — it is a foundational assignment to help shape a media hub with excellence and innovation from the ground up.The Production Manager will be expected to:
• Establish and implement production standards for the studio from scratch.
• Plan and coordinate all studio and on-location productions, including camera setup, sound, lighting, and set design, Supervise recording sessions for Bisimkha TV shows and external client projects.
• Create production timelines and manage team workflows to ensure timely delivery,Work closely with presenters, editors, and technical staff to guarantee high-quality output.
• Ensure smooth post-production flow, including file management and review.
• Uphold visual and audio quality, ensuring every content produced strengthens Bisimkha Media’s brand reputation.Maintain studio equipment and manage resource usage.
• Support the training of junior staff and interns.

Education Requirements

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Media Production, Theatre Arts, Film Studies, or related disciplines.
• Relevant certifications in video editing, film production, or directing is an added advantage.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in media production, content creation, or TV studio coordination.
• Proven track record of directing or managing video shoots, editing workflows, or creative production teams.

Tech Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of camera handling, lighting setup, and sound equipment.
• Ability to supervise post-production workflows from raw footage to final output.

Soft & Leadership Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and creative standards.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to lead production teams, give direction, and ensure quality delivery under deadlines.
• Proficiency in English language is a must.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
