Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production floor activities
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met
• Monitor staff performance and enforce safety procedures
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly
• Maintain production records and reports
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification
• Proven experience (3 – 5 years) in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of safety and quality control standards.
