Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Trainer & Marketing Expert to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the direct selling industry and possess fluency in one or more African languages.
• This role involves delivering engaging training sessions, equipping our team and partners with product knowledge, and promoting the company’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on company products and services to sales teams, distributors, and partners.
• Translate complex product features into easy-to-understand content tailored for diverse audiences.
• Conduct training sessions in one or more African languages to connect with regional audiences effectively.
• Evaluate training needs and develop strategies to improve knowledge retention and application.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to stay updated on new products and trends.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in the direct selling industry, preferably in a training or similar role.
• Fluency in one or more African languages (e.g., French, Swahili, Yoruba, Hausa, Amharic, Zulu, or others).
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
• High level of adaptability, cultural awareness, and a collaborative spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
