Erisco Foods Limited is an indigenous food product manufacturer, incorporated in Nigeria in 2004 and started operations in 2009, manufacturing Tomato Paste, Seasoning, Rice, Milk cubes and more. We are firmly committed to producing high-quality products that combine nourishment with value pricing, as they strive to become one of Nigeria’s largest indigenous foodmanufacturers on a global scale.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Sales Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Setting sales quotas and goals
  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND Business Administration, Marketing or any related discipline with an MBA
  • 10 – 15 yrs post NYSC relevant experience and 5 of which must be in a similar capacity from a reputable company in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Proven work experience as a ProductSales Manager
  • Experience managing a high performance Sales Team
  • Experience managing a high performance Sales Team
  • Must have good customer base in the food Product Sales Sector
  • Must be a member of Nigeria Institute of Marketing.
  • Age: 38 – 45 years.
