Job Title: Product & Project Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Product & Project Manager to drive AI and Digitalization projects within the Marketing function.
• The ideal candidate will have strong project/product management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to take ownership of projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AI and digitalization projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Translate business requirements into clear project deliverables and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Marketing, IT/Tech teams, and external vendors.
• Manage project timelines, follow-ups, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify challenges, resolve issues, and proactively drive projects forward.
• Support Agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned products and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant Product or Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile/project management methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management, follow-up, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
• Exposure to AI, digital transformation, technology, or marketing projects is an advantage.
• Candidates should demonstrate genuine interest in the role, salary alignment, and reasonable likelihood of long-term continuity.
• Candidates currently earning less may be considered if they demonstrate strong potential, ambition, and willingness to grow.

Salary:
N500,000 –N700,000 Gross Monthly.
