Job Title: Product & Project Manager – AI & Digitalization

Job Summary

• We are seeking proactive and results-driven Product & Project Managers to drive AI and Digitalization projects within the Marketing function.
• The ideal candidates will combine strong product and project management skills with the ability to work across Marketing, Technology/IT teams, and external vendors.
• You will be responsible for translating business needs into clear deliverables and ensuring projects are executed successfully from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate AI and digitalization projects within the Marketing function from initiation to delivery.
• Translate business requirements and marketing needs into clear project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and action plans.
• Work closely with Marketing, Technology/IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
• Drive Agile project management practices, including planning, prioritization, progress tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Manage project follow-ups and ensure stakeholders deliver agreed actions within timelines.
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Monitor project progress against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, user feedback, and deployment activities where applicable.
• Prepare project updates, status reports, and presentations for relevant stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes through AI, automation, and digital solutions.
• Take ownership of project outcomes and ensure end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Product and Project Management principles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product/project deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience working across business, technology/IT, and external vendor teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve challenges proactively.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong ownership mindset with a proven ability to drive tasks through to completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and project management tools.

Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Gross Monthly
