• This role focuses on driving user acquisition, revenue growth, adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction while aligning closely with digital product development and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies for the launch, growth, and continuous improvement of digital products.
• Define and communicate clear digital product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target audiences.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive online awareness, user acquisition, subscriptions, engagement, and retention.
• Lead digital sales strategies focused on revenue growth, conversion optimization, and market penetration.
• Set digital sales targets, track KPIs (downloads, subscriptions, conversions, retention), and report performance outcomes.
• Identify new digital sales opportunities, partnerships, and online distribution channels.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with product features and user experience.
• Provide data-driven market and customer insights to support digital product enhancements and go-to-market initiatives.
• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to optimize funnels, conversion rates, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
• Build strong digital customer relationships and engagement initiatives that drive loyalty and long-term adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage
• Proven experience in digital product marketing and sales management
• Experience working with mobile applications, digital platforms, or subscription-based products, such as a Live streaming & virtual event platform, or a devotional app.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in digital product marketing and sales, particularly for digital or mobile products such as a Live streaming & virtual event platform, a devotional app
• Solid market research, data analysis, and performance tracking skills.
• Experience in leadership roles within faith-based, nonprofit, or values-driven organisations.
