We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Manager (1st Time CEO)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

You will build the SBU and team from scratch and ensure the Company grows to its full potential. The person in the role will develop and implement the business strategy and have a unique chance to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision.
  • Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
  • Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Formulate & implement the go-to-market strategy for the company
  • Evaluate and develop a marketing strategy and marketing plan.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.
  • Recruit, vet, and train new staff.
  • Monitor performance at all levels and schedule training as required.
  • Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
  • Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline or MBA
  • Led successful teams
  • Minimum of 8 years experience
  • Experience in a senior management position, at least 2 years.
  • Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
  • Understanding of human resources and personnel management
  • Product and marketing management
  • Strategy Management
  • Project Management
  • OKR and Goal Management
  • Marketing & product management experience with P&L responsibilities
  • Experience with developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates a product from the competition
  • Achieved $m revenue target
  • Experience with growth hacking.
