Job Title: Product Management Instructor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

• Teaching our Product Management Certificate course curriculum and supporting our students throughout the training program
• Participating and leading pre-training activities including client stakeholder meetings and briefings
• Managing, motivating, and facilitating class sizes of 10 – 30 adult students with poise and professionalism
• Communicating complex concepts effectively and efficiently to learners and stakeholders from a variety of different backgrounds
• Using digital tools to facilitate the learning and ensure a smooth flow of the class, as well as employing strong time and people management skills to manage the materials and the class at the same time
• Demonstrating empathy and understanding multiple points of view and the needs of the stakeholders and students
• Reviewing, evaluating, and grading students’ homework assignments

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 1 year Experience in facilitating product management classes.
• Good understanding of thefollowing topics: product development cycle, market analysis, user research, wireframing and storyboarding, financial modeling, product roadmaps, and creating product specs.
