Job Summary

• We are seeking Product Development Officers and a Manager to research, formulate, and develop new lubricant and chemical products, as well as enhance existing ones for performance, quality, and compliance.
• The role requires technical expertise, innovation, and teamwork with production, QA, and marketing units to deliver successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve lubricant and chemical formulations.
• Conduct lab tests, quality checks, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure products meet industry standards (API, ISO, SON).
• Collaborate with production and marketing for product rollout.
• Document formulations, test results, and technical reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years (Officer) or 5 years (Manager) experience in product development/formulation.
• Strong knowledge of base oils, additives, and formulation standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and technical reporting.
• Excellent analytical, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N400,000 monthly.
