Role Overview

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer (UI/UX) to lead the visual and user experience design of our application.
• The role will involve designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences, as well as supporting other graphic design needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the user interface and overall visual experience of the application.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain consistent design systems and visual standards.
• Conduct user-centred design research where necessary.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Create graphics and other visual assets required for the product.
• Support additional graphic design requirements as they arise.
• Review and improve existing designs based on user feedback and product requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and digital product design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and design systems.
• Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Strong visual, creative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
