Job Title: Product Designer (UI/UX Designer)

About the Role

• As a Mid-Level Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to craft intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will play a critical role in defining the user journey, conducting research, prototyping, and designing interfaces that align with the University’s mission of accessible and world-class education.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and brand consistency across products.
• Present design concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and performance data.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills across web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma design tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience designing for edtech or academic platforms is an added advantage.
