Job Title: IT Procurement and Order Processing Officer (Software & hardware)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Procurement & Order Processing Officer to manage the end-to-end procurement and supply chain process for hardware and software purchases, both locally and internationally.
• The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing, vendor management, order processing, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure hardware and software from local and international vendors.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement and order fulfillment process.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate procurement records.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience procuring IT hardware and software locally and internationally.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP systems is an advantage.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
