Job Description
Sourcing and Supplier Management:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for pharmaceuticals, raw materials, and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Procure materials from the local and international markets as forwarded by different departments

Negotiation and Contract Management:

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and purchase orders to ensure they meet company standards and legal requirements.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and forecasts to ensure adequate supply without overstocking.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline inventory practices and reduce waste.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all purchasing practices and supplier relationships comply with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards
• Maintain documentation related to procurement activities, contracts, and supplier evaluations.

Cost Control and Budgeting:

• Assist in budgeting processes by providing insights on procurement costs and identifying potential savings.
• Analyze spending data and trends to develop cost-saving initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Support the development of product specifications in collaboration with relevant departments.

Performance Monitoring

• Assess supplier performance regularly using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement corrective actions based on performance evaluations and feedback.
