Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full Tme

Core Responsibilities

• To Ensure That Files Containing All Information Regarding Purchases and Services Kept in an Orderly Fashion
• To Work with The Accounting Department to Ensure That Vendors Are Paid On Schedule and on time.
• To Keep Inventory Levels Current and Foresees Future Needs of the Church

Generic Responsibilities:

• Assist in locating sources for supplies and services and of maintaining relations with suppliers and vendors.
• Assist in negotiating with vendors to get the best prices and deals, utilizing the power of purchase and the economies of scale.
• To Carry Out Any Other Assignment As Instructed By The Procurement Manager From Time To Time.

Job Requirements
Educational Requirement:

• B.Sc or HND in Supply Chain Management or any related discipline

Professional Body:

• CIA, IBAKM, NIM or any related administration certification
• Certification in Supply Chain Management.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years cognitive work experience.

Age Limit:

• 35 years.

Job Skills:

• MS Office Suite Savvy – Word, Excel
• Documentation skill
• Good communication skill.
