Job Title: Procurement Manager / Demand Planner

Location: Victoria, Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Vendor management, sourcing, evaluation and contract management.
• Review requisitions and approve purchase order
• Review supplies and approve vendor’s payment.
• Work with team to ensure that inventory control procedures are fully implemented.
• Review monthly inventory report to identify leakages and proffer solution to limit shrinkages to barest minimal
• Ensuring that retail costs of sales is within the budgeted limit and providing the details head of retail operations and to finance department.
• Drive retail sales through product development and promotions in collaboration with the cinema operation team.
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process
• Provide input to volume planning (Latest Estimates / annual process)
• Facilitate and manage demand planning/customer meetings – Achieve consensus with the business side and the demand chain.

Qualifications

• BSc. in Management or Business Administration.
• Member of any professional supply chain body
• Added advantage MBA degree or professional certificate in supply chain management.
• Relevant professional certification (if required)
• At least five years’ experience in a retail business
• Minimum experience (number of years) required to perform on the role.
