Job Title: Procurement Manager (Aviation – Engineering)

Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Procurement Manager with strong expertise in aviation engineering procurement to join our team.
• This role is critical to ensuring the seamless sourcing and availability of aircraft spare parts, while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across the procurement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Engineering Stores and ensure optimal inventory control
• Source and procure aircraft spare parts in line with operational requirements
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery
• Engage and manage relationships with OEMs, vendors, and other external stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across all procurement activities

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Engineering Procurement within the aviation industry (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of aircraft spare parts sourcing and supply chain dynamics
• Proven track record of performance in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to leverage industry knowledge and networks to drive results
