Job Title: Procurement Manager

Job Summary

• The Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing, supplier relationships, inventory management, and procurement activities to ensure the efficient operation of AACE Foods.

Responsibilities

• Source raw materials and packaging at competitive prices.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers and smallholder farmers.
• Monitor agricultural value chain impact and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with management on inventory, stock, and reporting requirements.
• Conduct market surveys and recommend cost-saving strategies.
• Manage supplier performance, contracts, and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields (Agric Extension is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the private sector or public-private partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s agricultural sector and value chains (e.g., Chili, Ginger, Turmeric).
• Experience in project planning, value chain development, and stakeholder engagement.
