Responsibilties

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and vendors, obtaining quotes, and negotiating terms.
• Process purchase requisitions, supplier selection, and contracting.
• Maintain and update procurement records, files, and reports.
• Support bid processes and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify and prepare procurement documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and priorities.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain positive vendor relationships.
