We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement & Administration Executive

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Procurement Management:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, evaluation, and purchasing of goods and services
  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost efficiency and value for money
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Financial & Cost Control Support:

  • Assist in budget preparation and cost tracking for procurement activities
  • Ensure proper documentation of all procurement transactions
  • Support invoice verification and payment processing in collaboration with finance
  • Conduct price analysis and support financial decision-making.

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement and administrative activities
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and asset registers
  • Support internal reporting and documentation requirements.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure adherence to contract terms and service agreements

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare periodic procurement and administrative reports
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
  • Maintain audit-ready records for all transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ professional experience
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and cost control
  • Experience in procurement, administration, or supply chain roles is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
