Job Title: Processing Supervisor

Location: Jos, Plateau

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Processing Supervisor to oversee daily processing operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production in line with company standards.
• The ideal candidate will supervise processing staff, monitor production processes, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily processing activities to meet production targets
• Ensure processing operations comply with quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Monitor machine performance and processing parameters to ensure optimal output
• Manage and supervise processing staff, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring
• Identify and resolve processing issues to minimize downtime and waste
• Maintain accurate production and processing records and reports
• Enforce compliance with SOPs, GMP, and HSE policies
• Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in processing or production operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
• Prior supervisory experience is required
• Strong understanding of processing equipment and production workflows
• Knowledge of GMP, HSE, and quality standards
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
