Job Title: Printing Operator (Bobst Machine – Flexible Packaging)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Printing Operator to run Bobst Rotogravure / Flexographic printing machines for high-quality flexible packaging production.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth machine operation, color accuracy, minimal waste, and consistent print quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Bobst printing machines according to job specifications.
• Monitor color, registration, and print quality during production.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Record production data and report issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification / Technical Diploma in Printing Technology or its equivalent.
• 3 – 7 years experience operating Bobst Rotogravure or CI Flexo printing machines.
• Strong knowledge of flexible packaging substrates (BOPP, PET, PE, etc.) and solvent-based inks.
• Excellent attention to detail, color matching, and mechanical aptitude.
• Team player with good communication and safety awareness.
