Job Title: Printing Machine Operator

Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Check the Order and arrange the materials as mentioned.
• Check and clean web patch rollers.
• Check and clean (with solvent) and polish ( with sandpaper 100/200) printing cylinders
• Fix or replace the doctor blade
• Load the set-up printing roller roll
• Load necessary raw materials are as per the job order
• Check the machine accessories visually
• Set the dryer temperature as per standard.
• Check the machine accessories visually
• Switch on and run the machine for production
• Ensure ink viscosity as per the required standard
• Check and match the production sample with the standard sample-color, dimension, and text registration
• Run the production after getting the first off approval from QC
• Check the print quality of every roll printed throughout the production-adhesion color text, registration, odor, and ink application.
• Clean the printing cylinder with solvent.
• Unload the printing cylinders after completion of the job.
• Wrap the cylinder with PE film before putting it back on the cylinder racks or/defined place.
• Clean all printing m/c parts and the working area with solvent and prepare for the next job.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience required from a Plastics or Printing company.

Salary
110,000 – 130,000 / Month.
