Job Title: Primary Sales Representative

Locations: Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Ilorin – Kwara, and Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Primary Sales Representative will be responsible for managing distributors, driving primary sales, ensuring stock availability, and supporting stock depletion across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive primary sales through effective distributor management
• Ensure healthy stock levels at distributor warehouses
• Support distributors in stock depletion and route-to-market execution
• Achieve assigned primary sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing structures
• Prepare and submit sales performance reports
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key trade partners
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of HND or BSc in a relevant discipline
• 2 – 4 years of experience in FMCG primary sales or distributor management
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
• Proven ability to manage distributors and sales routes
• Willingness to travel within the assigned state.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Salary: N125,000 / Month
• Performance-based incentives available.
