Job Title: PR / Marketing Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Planning and carrying out PR campaigns and strategies
• Monitoring the public and media’s opinion of your client or employer
• Utilizing all forms of media, including national, regional and trade press, to build, maintain and manage the portrayal of a business
• Training employees on how to handle media enquiries and press interviews
• Developing good working relationships with the media and liaising with the press on potential news stories
• Managing and updating a social media post
• Managing, arranging and overseeing events
• Commissioning market research
• Manages the relationships between a company and external parties
• Organizes and manages various Public Relations activities
• Providing PR & Marketing support to promoters/festivals/venues/agents as appropriate.
