Job Title: Portuguese to English Translator

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Summary

• The primary responsibility of this role is to provide confidential and digitalsupport for our online customers to help ensure department and operation efficiency.
• This will also include maintaining strict confidentiality in the performance of all related activities.

Responsibilities

• Providing communication and digital support to help facilitate effective conversations between our online Portuguese speaking customer to elevate customers gaming experience, translating Portuguese toEnglish to non-Portuguese speakingsupervisors
• Write department level communication on behalf of the plant manager in both English and Portuguese
• Supports Staff inhighly confidential matters by translating all Portuguese correspondences to English
• Able to prepare written communications and presentations in both, Portuguese and English, to internal and external customers, auditors, stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3-5 years work experience.
• Readily available for immediate employment
• Ability to communicate fluently in a clear and effective manner (written and verbally) in both English and Portuguese
• Must have strong verbal and written business communication skills
• Expert ability in staying organized with strong attention to recording and recalling details
• Proficient in basic use of computer.
